• Ongoing research (Principal Investigator): Microsatellite instability analysis in colorectal cancer in Bangladeshi population. A collaborative research between National institute of Cancer research and Hospital, North South University and Lab Quest from 01 Jan 2024 funded by BMRC.
• Ongoing research (Co- PI): Clinical Impact of Molecular Biomarker in Glioblastoma Multiforme based on Genome profiling: A Translational approach in Bangladesh Perspective. Approved and funded by Ministry of health and family welfare, May 2021.
• Co- PI: “Characterization of molecular heterogeneity of colorectal cancer among Bangladeshi population by targeted genome sequencing” at North South Genome Research Institute funded and approved by Social Science and Research Council (SSRC), Planning Commission of Bangladesh in September 2019 (project was completed by July 2022).
• MD Thesis entitled as “Comparative study of single channel versus multiple channel Miami Applicator for postoperative vaginal brachytherapy by measurement of dose distribution and organ at risk (OAR) volume” under professor Kazi Manzur Kader from 2014 to 2016 in Department of Radiation Oncology, National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
• FCPS Dissertation entitled as “Short term response of radiotherapy on secondary brain tumors” - A study of 50 cases in the department of radiotherapy under Professor Md Mokhlesuddin at Dhaka Medical College hospital from 2006 to 2007.
